Meet Our Founder

Barb Bucklin is the founder of Vision Luke 4:18 Ministries, a ministry serving the Body of Christ by providing prayer, meeting physical needs of the homeless and poor, and working toward the unity that Jesus so desired.

Vision Luke 4:18’s healing and deliverance ministry has become one of the most sought-after services in the city of Austin and surrounding areas, attracting people from all walks of life who desire physical and spiritual freedom and restoration. A respected citywide ministry leader, Barb has served and is presently serving on boards and steering committees for numerous inter-church and citywide ministry groups. Barb describes her role as a “gatherer”, bringing together churches, ministries and individuals with the ultimate goal of transforming the city of Austin into a place called Beulah, the Hebrew word for “married.” She believes that prayer is the answer.

Did quantum healing for trauma. Body released trauma. Was in a fog, kind of depressed. It was physically lifted.

Jesus showed me I’ve been ministering in my own strength and then I burn out. He is asking me to “dance” with Him. His dance step, His timing, His LEAD. He is pleased with me. I need to let Him lead.

I really had no idea what to expect but I sensed the Holy Spirit in the worship room and had much revelation on what Jesus wants to continue to do through me in the prayer session. I felt the anointing and received the words spoken over me.

My current situation and emotional/spiritual state felt lost. This meeting provided guidance and support that was needed so much. I truly felt like God led me here. Thank you to everyone providing light on my path to healing and redemption.
